This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for individuals in the European Economic Area and the UK, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction and objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
3. Exercising your rights
Email [email protected] from your account email. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
4. International transfers
Some of our processors (for example, Anthropic, Stripe, and Resend) may process data outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
