1. Digital goods
ChessInspect sells a single digital product: one analysis report (US$4.99, or US$1.99 for the 50-game follow-up) covering up to 200 of your recent games. There is no subscription. Because the report is digital content produced on demand and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the report has been generated.
2. Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period (for example, the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal), you expressly ask us at checkout to start the analysis immediately, and you lose that right once the report has been generated. If you have paid but the report has not yet been generated, you may still withdraw and we refund you in full. Where the law gives you a non-waivable refund right, we honour it.
3. When we will refund
We will refund your purchase if:
- a technical fault on our side prevented your report from being generated; or
- you were charged in error or charged twice; or
- applicable law requires a refund.
A report that was successfully generated and delivered is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase, from the email address you used at checkout and including the approximate date and amount. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We reserve the right to refuse service in connection with fraudulent chargebacks.
